Instead the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/River_Colne,_West_Yorkshire\">river Colne<\/a>\u00a0is west of Huddersfield (West Yorkshire), and the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Colne_Valley_Museum\">Colne Valley Museum<\/a> is a charming volunteer-run museum based in the village of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Golcar\">Golcar<\/a>. The unusual name of the village is apparently derived from <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guthlac_of_Crowland\">St. Guthlac<\/a>. (L) Looms and (R) spinning frame. During recent restoration work, the &#8220;giant teapot&#8221; was found to be originally gold coloured, and so the old black paint was stripped off and the original finish recreated.
