Ushaw College<\/strong><\/p>\n

(L) Main chapel and (R) lecture theatre in the former Ushaw College<\/a> Catholic seminary, just west of Durham. The building was started in 1804 to accommodate the founding French seminary which was suppressed in 1793 following the French Revolution. The college closed in 2011 due to falling numbers.<\/p>\n
