As Catholics and supporters of the <a title=\"Wikipedia on Jacobitism\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jacobitism\">Jacobite<\/a> cause, the Earls of Traquair found themselves on the wrong side history during the 1700s.
