Parish church (St. Andrew’s)\u00a0of the town of Sedburgh<\/a>, the start of the walk.<\/p>\n

Views towards England’s highest (overground) waterfall, Cautley Spout<\/a>.\u00a0 The path running beside the fall appears almost vertical from a distance.\u00a0 Although not quite that steep in reality, it’s a serious 200 m climb!<\/p>\n

Finally at the top!\u00a0 The Howgills are not particularly impressive hills, but the views from tops (here The Calf) are very good.<\/p>\n
